October was National Cybersecurity Awareness Month. That being said we always need to Be Cyber Smart – you can follow me on Twitter to learn proactive ways to stay safe online.

Throughout the month I posted tips every day and this blog is part one of the knowledge shared (Days 1-10).

Your Personal Information is just as valuable as money. Please make sure that you and your loved ones are taking steps to protect it.

Passwords are really important in #cybersecurityawarenessmonth this advice will make you smile :)

Rather than using a Password use Passphrases - they are easier for you to remember and harder for the cybercriminal to crack.

Do you use public Wi-Fi? Doing so is taking a risk with your security. If you absolutely have to please ensure that your device is protected and that you're using a quality VPN.
